About Sefwi People
The Sefwi are an Akan people of Ghana's western forest belt, and they stand a little apart within that larger family. They share the matrilineal clans, the chieftaincy stools and the long funerals found across Akan life, but their language looks west rather than toward Kumasi. Sefwi, also written Sehwi, is a Bia language of the Kwa group. That puts it closer to Anyi and Baoulé, spoken across the border in Côte d'Ivoire, than to the Twi of their Asante neighbors. Most Sefwi speak Twi as well, and in the market towns people move between the two languages without a second thought.
Home is the hilly rainforest country that became Ghana's Western North Region in 2018, with Sefwi Wiawso as its capital. Traditional authority sits with three paramountcies: Sefwi Wiawso, Sefwi Anhwiaso and Sefwi Bekwai. Those stools still matter. Chiefs lead festivals and funerals and settle disputes. In a place where land is the main form of wealth, they also have a real say over who farms where.
Much of the older history was shaped by Asante. In the early eighteenth century Sefwi fighters raided Kumasi itself, and in response Asante made the Sefwi states tributaries of its growing empire. British rule later folded the area into the Gold Coast colony.
Cocoa remade the region in the twentieth century. The Sefwi forests became one of Ghana's most important growing areas and drew migrant farmers from Asante, the Volta area and the north. Many towns are now thoroughly mixed, with Sefwi landholding families and settler households tied together by tenancy and sharecropping deals. Gold adds another layer: Bibiani has long been a mining town, and farming, mining and logging all compete for the same ground, which keeps land a constant source of local argument.
Christianity is now the main faith, spread across Catholic, Methodist and Pentecostal churches, and Wiawso is the seat of a Catholic diocese. Going to church sits alongside older duties rather than replacing them. Libations still open formal gatherings, ancestors are remembered through the stool, and a funeral can bring relatives home from Accra, Kumasi and abroad for days of drumming, fine cloth and public mourning.

Sefwi Body & Anatomy Reference
Anatomy by feature, West African Niger-Congo phenotype
Sefwi Boobs & Breasts
Sefwi boobs follow the West African Niger-Congo profile: medium-to-large cup, full, projecting. Areolar diameter is usually 35-50mm, and the coloring is deep-brown to near-black areolar pigmentation against the medium-to-deep-brown skin tone. Breast shape tracks body composition (mesomorph with strong gluteal-femoral fat distribution, mean adult female BMI 24-27), so Sefwi breasts tend to be fuller and more projecting than the East African norm. Expect a forward-set shape, not the smaller conical Cushitic East African profile.
Sefwi Ass & Hips
Sefwi ass and hip morphology presents as wide-set, full, heavily projected glutes, distinctly different from the slim narrow-hip Cushitic East African profile. The Sefwi pelvic profile shows wide iliac crests, broad gynoid pelvic pattern, high glute-to-waist ratio, anchored in the West African Niger-Congo skeletal pattern. Sefwi butt shots in adult AI imagery should render the wide-set, full, heavily projected glutes silhouette with the overall build (mesomorph with strong gluteal-femoral fat distribution) and the fat distribution typical of the West African Niger-Congo phenotype.
Sefwi Vagina & Pussy
Sefwi pussy anatomy typically shows deep-brown to near-black labial pigmentation, fuller labia minora. Pubic hair is usually tightly-coiled coarse texture, densely distributed. In AI-generated Sefwi nudes, labial color should blend into the medium-brown to deep-brown skin with a gradual transition, and the hair should keep its tightly-coiled coarse texture.
Sefwi Dicks & Penis
Penis reference for Sefwi men: regional mean ~14-15cm erect, above-average girth, ~13cm circumference. Coloring: deep-brown-to-near-black shaft pigmentation. An accurate Sefwi cock in AI imagery matches the surrounding medium-brown to deep-brown skin rather than a generic porn default. Circumcision depends on religion and custom, not ancestry.
Sefwi Body, Curves & Build
The Sefwi figure is generally mesomorph with strong gluteal-femoral fat distribution, with mean adult female BMI 24-27, characteristic of West African Niger-Congo ancestry. AI image tools tend to flatten regional body types into a few stock shapes; here the Sefwi build is kept as its own reference.
Sefwi Skin Tone & Hair Texture
Skin: medium-brown to deep-brown (Fitzpatrick V-VI). Hair: tight 4A-4C coil, often worn natural, braided, or relaxed. Both are typical of West African Niger-Congo ancestry. The most common mistake in AI nudes of Sefwi women is a body rendered lighter than the face.
