Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & eligibility

Ethnic Erotic (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Website Design Company, LLC, provides an adult reference catalog and AI image-generation community at ethnicerotic.com. By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and are not barred from doing so under any applicable law. The Site is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

2. Adult content & age verification

The Site contains sexually explicit, adults-only material, including nude and erotic imagery and a reference catalog of sexual positions. By entering, you affirm that adult content is legal in your location, that you are voluntarily requesting it, and that you will not expose it to minors or to anyone who has not consented to view it.

We may require age affirmation or verification as a condition of access to some or all features. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Your account

Some features require an account. You may register with an email address and password or through a supported third-party sign-in (for example, an OAuth provider). You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@ethnicerotic.com of any unauthorized use. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions, or promotional terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content except as expressly permitted (our open datasets have their own licences);
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, age gating, or access controls;
• reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Site or its generation features except as permitted;
• upload malware, launch automated attacks, or overload our infrastructure;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• harass, threaten, defame, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Prohibited content

The following are strictly forbidden anywhere on the Site — in uploads, prompts, generated images, profiles, messages, or community posts — and will result in immediate removal, account termination, and where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any depiction, description, or prompt that sexualizes a minor or a person made to appear as a minor, whether real or synthetic. We have zero tolerance and report suspected child sexual abuse material as required by law.
• Non-consensual content, including material created or shared without the consent of a depicted real person, “deepfake” or face-swap sexual imagery of an identifiable real person, and intimate images shared without consent;
• content depicting non-consensual acts, incest involving minors, bestiality, or content that promotes sexual violence;
• content that infringes another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• content promoting terrorism, human trafficking, or other serious crime.

You are solely responsible for content you upload or generate and for ensuring it is lawful where you are.

6. Your content & licence

The Site lets you submit content — profile details, images, model submissions, community messages, ratings, and comments (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Site, including moderation and backups. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law, and except to the extent others have already interacted with it.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate Section 5. We may, but are not obliged to, review, moderate, restrict, or remove User Content at our discretion.

7. AI-generated content

The Site offers AI image generation. Generated images are computer-synthesized and, unless you supply infringing or unlawful inputs, do not depict any real, identifiable person. You must not use generation to produce content prohibited under Section 5, to recreate the likeness of a real person in sexual content without their rights and consent, or to imply endorsement by any real person.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable credits, you may use images you generate for lawful personal and commercial purposes. We make no warranty that a given output is unique, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose, and you are responsible for your use of it. We may retain generated images and associated prompts to operate the service, enforce these Terms, and improve our systems.

8. Credits, payments & tokens

Certain features consume credits, which you may purchase in packages. Payments are processed by third-party processors (including a card processor and, where offered, cryptocurrency payment methods); we do not store full payment-card numbers. Prices, package contents, and bonus credits are as shown at the time of purchase and may change prospectively.

Credits are a limited, revocable licence to use features, not money, and have no cash value. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, purchases of credits and consumed credits are non-refundable. Credits may expire or be forfeited on account termination for breach.

Where the Site supports a digital token (including any “$PRLN” / Pornlana token) or on-chain wallet features, you acknowledge that digital assets are volatile and experimental, that blockchain transactions are irreversible, and that you use such features at your own risk. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, or tax advice, and no token is offered as a security or investment.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its software, design, text, compilations, trademarks, and the structure of our reference catalogs are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. Datasets we publish under an open licence (for example, on third-party data platforms) are governed by the licence stated with each dataset.

10. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable laws. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@ethnicerotic.com that includes: your contact details; identification of the work and of the allegedly infringing material (with a URL); a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your signature. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

11. Content records

Imagery generated on the Site is computer-generated and is not a visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in sexually explicit conduct; as such, we take the position that the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not attach to that content. Where any content is derived from or depicts real persons, the person submitting it is responsible for ensuring all depicted persons were adults who consented and for maintaining any records the law requires. Any custodian-of-records information required by law will be maintained by the Operator and made available as the law provides.

12. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services — including cloud hosting and email delivery, payment processors, sign-in providers, and content-delivery networks — and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and all content, including reference material and AI outputs, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Our reference and historical material is provided for information and creative use and is not professional advice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Site or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licences you have granted, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes not subject to binding arbitration, and you waive objection to venue. Nothing here deprives you of any mandatory consumer protection available where you live.
