This Privacy Policy explains how Website Design Company, LLC, operator of Ethnic Erotic at ethnicerotic.com(“we”, “us”), handles personal data. It applies to the Site and its features and forms part of our Terms of Service. The Site is strictly for adults (18+); we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account data — email address, username, and a securely hashed password; if you sign in through a third-party provider, the identifier that provider returns.
- Profile data — any bio, avatar, and preferences you add, and your age-affirmation status.
- Content you create — image-generation prompts and outputs, model submissions, community messages, comments, and ratings.
- Communications — messages you send us and your email/notification preferences.
Data collected automatically
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and actions taken.
- Pre-registration signals — if you begin signing up, we may record the email entered and basic acquisition data (such as referring page and campaign parameters, IP, and user agent) to understand sign-up interest and to help you complete or recover registration.
- Session & security data — authentication session identifiers and logs used to keep your account secure.
Data from third parties
- Sign-in providers (the account identifier and any details you authorize) and payment processors (confirmation of a transaction, not your full card number).
3. How we use data
- to provide and operate the Site, authenticate you, and maintain your account and credit balance;
- to run image generation and store your generations and prompts so you can access them;
- to process purchases and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to personalize your experience and surface relevant catalog content;
- to send service messages and, where you have not opted out, community digests — you can unsubscribe at any time;
- to moderate content and enforce our Terms, including detecting and reporting prohibited material;
- to analyze and improve the Site and our systems; and
- to comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, under the GDPR), we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, your consent where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Payments
Purchases are handled by third-party payment processors (including a card processor and, where offered, cryptocurrency payment methods). Those processors collect and process your payment details under their own privacy policies; we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We retain records of transactions (such as amounts, dates, and credits granted) for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
7. Wallets & digital assets
If you use on-chain or token features, we may store your public wallet address and related transaction records to provide those features. Any wallet the Site generates or manages on your behalf is a convenience feature you use at your own risk; blockchain transactions are public and irreversible. Do not use these features to store value you cannot afford to lose, and safeguard any recovery information we provide.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Site, then for as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Some information may persist in backups for a limited period after deletion.
9. Security
We protect your data with measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and of U.S. states with privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA) have these or similar rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or “share” personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise a right, email privacy@ethnicerotic.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
11. International transfers
We operate using infrastructure located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed there, where privacy laws may differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. No use by minors
The Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@ethnicerotic.com and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
