About Gitxsan People
The Gitxsan take their name from a river. Git means people of, and Xsan is the river of mist, the one English maps call the Skeena. Their territory follows that river and its tributaries through the mountains of northwestern British Columbia. It lies inland from the coast but is tied to it by salmon, trade and kinship, and in fishing season the smokehouses on the riverbanks are working buildings, not props. Gitxsanimaax is a Tsimshianic language, close enough to Nisga'a that some linguists count the two as one. It is completely unrelated to the Athabaskan language of the Wet'suwet'en up the Bulkley River, a people the Gitxsan have married into, feasted with and gone to court beside. What makes someone Gitxsan, though, is belonging to a house. Descent runs through the mother. Everyone is born into one of four clans, Lax Gibuu (Wolf), Lax Seel (Frog), Gisk'aast (Fireweed) and Lax Skiik (Eagle), and within the clan into a wilp, or house. A house is a lineage, not a building. It holds fishing sites and hunting grounds, crests and songs, and adaawk, the oral histories that explain how the house came to its land. Some reach back to Temlaham, the ancestral town of the upper Skeena. Hereditary chiefs carry names that outlive them, and a name only counts once it has been taken up in the feast hall in front of guests who are paid to witness it.
Missionaries reached the Skeena in the late nineteenth century, and most Gitxsan today are Christian, but the church never replaced the feast. A death still brings a funeral service, followed by feasts that settle what the house owes and, in time, pass the name on. Canada outlawed the potlatch from 1884 to 1951, and the feast outlasted the law. Sternwheelers, gold seekers and the Grand Trunk Pacific railway came up the valley. Reserves shrank the houses' territories to village plots, and the chiefs kept saying the land had never been surrendered. That argument became Delgamuukw v. British Columbia, a case brought by Gitxsan and Wet'suwet'en hereditary chiefs in the 1980s and named for a Gitxsan chief's title. Witnesses recited adaawk and sang house songs in the courtroom. The trial judge gave that testimony little weight and threw out the claim in 1991. In 1997 the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that oral histories must be weighed as evidence and set out what Aboriginal title means in Canadian law. The ruling is still cited wherever pipelines and logging roads cross unceded land. At home the past stays visible: carved poles still stand at Gitanyow and Gitwangak, and the carving school at 'Ksan, beside Hazelton, trained a generation of artists from the 1970s on.

Gitxsan Body & Anatomy Reference
Per-feature anatomical profile for AI nude generation — Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian phenotype
Gitxsan Boobs & Breasts
Gitxsan tits and boobs run medium cup, moderate projection — the classic Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian bust profile. Gitxsan nipples and areolas show medium-brown areolar pigmentation against the copper-to-medium-brown skin tone, with areolar diameter typically in the 30-44mm range and forward-set positioning rather than the the smaller East Asian bust. Gitxsan breasts trend full and moderate projection, a function of the mesomorph, broader frame in northern Indigenous populations body habitus and the mean adult female BMI 25-28. For anatomically-accurate AI-generated Gitxsan nudes the render preserves: medium cup, moderate projection shape, 30-44mm areolas with medium-brown pigmentation, and the torso proportions of the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian phenotype.
Gitxsan Ass & Hips
Gitxsan ass and hip morphology presents as medium, moderate-to-full projection — distinctly different from the slim East Asian narrow-hip profile. The Gitxsan pelvic profile shows medium iliac crests, anchored in the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian skeletal pattern. Gitxsan butt shots in adult AI imagery should render the medium, moderate-to-full projection silhouette with the mesomorph, broader frame in northern Indigenous populations build and the gluteal-femoral fat distribution typical of the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian phenotype rather than defaulting to a globally-averaged "ethnic" butt that generic AI generators produce. The hip-to-waist ratio characteristic of Gitxsan women is one of the identifying features of the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian regional phenotype.
Gitxsan Vagina & Pussy
Gitxsan pussy and vulvar anatomy presents medium-brown labial pigmentation — consistent with the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian phenotype's pigmentation pattern. Gitxsan pubic hair is typically straight medium-coarse texture, distributed in the inverted-triangle pattern with regional-typical density. AI-generated Gitxsan nude imagery should preserve the medium-brown labial pigmentation and the straight medium-coarse texture hair texture rather than defaulting to a Western-European pink-and-sparse template. For anatomically-accurate Gitxsan pussy renders the labial pigmentation and coloration should match the surrounding copper to medium-brown skin tone of the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian phenotype, with continuous gradient rather than an abrupt color transition.
Gitxsan Dicks & Penis
Gitxsan dick and penile anatomy in adult AI generation should anchor on the regional reference data: regional mean ~13cm erect, moderate girth, and medium-brown shaft pigmentation. The Gitxsan cock profile reflects the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian ancestral population's anthropometric measurements rather than a globally-averaged Western-pornography default. For anatomically-accurate Gitxsan nude male imagery the shaft pigmentation should track the surrounding copper to medium-brown skin tone, the glans-to-shaft pigmentation transition should be continuous, and the pubic hair pattern should match straight medium-coarse texture texture distributed in the typical inverted-V escutcheon. Circumcision status in Gitxsan populations varies by religious-cultural tradition rather than ancestral phenotype.
Gitxsan Body, Curves & Build
Gitxsan body type and overall build presents as mesomorph, broader frame in northern Indigenous populations, with mean adult female BMI 25-28 — the characteristic Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian habitus. Gitxsan curves and proportions in adult AI imagery should preserve the regional skeletal frame (height, shoulder-to-hip ratio, limb proportions) rather than scaling to a Western-European mesomorph default. The Gitxsan nude female form, when rendered with anatomical fidelity, shows the height range, frame width, and adipose distribution pattern typical of the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian phenotype. Generic AI image generators tend to collapse regional body types into a few default shapes; the EthnicErotic phenotype-anchored approach preserves the Gitxsan build as its own reference category.
Gitxsan Skin Tone & Hair Texture
Gitxsan skin tone falls in the copper to medium-brown (Fitzpatrick III-V) band — the surface signal most often miscalibrated by generic AI nude generators trained on Western-photographic datasets. Gitxsan hair texture is typically straight 1A, dark-brown to black, often thick and dense, characteristic of the Indigenous Northern American / Algonquian-Iroquoian phenotype. For anatomically-accurate Gitxsan nude renders the skin should hold the Fitzpatrick band consistently across body surface rather than showing the lighter-than-face body shading that AI generators default to. Gitxsan hair pigmentation and texture on body, pubic, and head should match across the figure rather than mixing textures (a common AI artefact).
