Description: The recipient lies supine while the partner kneels alongside the hips and works with the hands, the standard arrangement for manual stimulation. Because only one arm bridges the two bodies, both figures keep an open, readable posture: the recipient fully extended, the kneeling partner upright on the shins with weight settled on the heels. The variable facing lets the kneeling partner orient toward the recipient's face or feet as the shot requires.

Variations: Kneeling beside the hips or between the parted legs; one hand or two; combined with oral for a mixed act. The recipient may prop on pillows to watch, which raises the head without changing the base geometry.
