About Kelabit People
Kelabit are an Austronesian people of the remote highlands of the interior of Sarawak, Malaysia, centred on the Bario plateau in the Kelabit Highlands near the border with Indonesian Kalimantan. They are one of Sarawak's smallest indigenous groups, numbering only a few thousand, and speak a language of the Apo Duat or Dayic group, closely related to the Lun Bawang (Lundayeh).
