Standing 69 (inverted carry)

Description: The vertical, athletic extreme of the 69 family. One partner stands and lifts the other fully inverted against their body, holding them front-to-front so each partner's mouth reaches the other's genitals: mutual oral performed as a strength hold. Nothing here thrusts; the dynamics are static, the standing partner's grip around the inverted partner's torso or hips carrying the entire load while the inverted partner stabilizes by holding on. Endurance, not rhythm, limits the duration.

Variations: The inverted partner's legs hooked over the standing partner's shoulders, which transfers weight off the arms; in practice the position is held briefly rather than sustained as extended play.

On camera: A circus-level showpiece that appears mostly in stunts and position guides rather than working scenes, framed full-length so both ends of the carry stay in view.

AI design considerations: An upright figure with a fully inverted figure pressed front-to-front. Head-to-pelvis registration must hold at both ends while airborne; misplace either mouth and the inversion reads as a lift, not an act.
