About Afro-Iraqis People
Afro-Iraqis are Black Iraqis who speak Arabic. Most live in and around Basra, and their ancestors reached Mesopotamia from East Africa over more than a thousand years. Language and faith do not set them apart, since they share both with the Arab south around them. Descent does, along with a memory of slavery that Iraqi society has never fully let go of. Many families still carry the names of the Arab tribes their forebears were attached to, and the slur abd, meaning slave, still follows people in the street.
The oldest chapter of this history belongs to the Zanj, East Africans put to work scraping salt crust off the marshy lowlands of southern Iraq under the Abbasid caliphs. From 869 to 883 they rose in one of the largest slave revolts of the medieval world. They sacked Basra and held ground in the marshes for more than a decade before they were crushed. Later arrivals came through the Indian Ocean trade that carried captives from Zanzibar and the Swahili coast into the Gulf well into the nineteenth century, for work in date groves, ports and wealthy households. Today's community grew out of those waves and has long mixed with its Arab neighbors. No census counts them, and estimates of their number vary widely.
Religion follows the region. Most are Shia Muslims, a smaller share are Sunni, and the mourning of Muharram and the pilgrimage calendar of the south shape the year as they do for their neighbors. Some families also keep healing ceremonies with African roots, known as Nuban and Liwa. These are built around drumming, a bowl lyre called the tanbura, and songs that carry traces of Swahili. The ceremonies deal with spirits and affliction, and they survive mostly among older practitioners and their students.
Politics became a turning point after 2003. Activists in Basra formed the Movement of Free Iraqis to push for recognition as a minority, legal protection from discrimination, and reserved parliamentary seats like those held by Christians and other small communities. Barack Obama's election in 2008 gave the effort a burst of energy. The movement ran candidates in provincial elections without winning a seat, and its founder, Jalal Dhiyab, was shot dead in Basra in 2013. The demand for formal recognition has still not been met, and many Afro-Iraqis still say they are Iraqi first and simply want to be treated that way.

Typical Afro-Iraqis Phenotypes
Reference for AI generation: hair, eyes, skin, facial structure, build
Afro-Iraqis Body & Anatomy Reference
Per-feature anatomical profile for AI nude generation: Levantine / Mediterranean Middle Eastern phenotype
Afro-Iraqis Boobs & Breasts
Afro-Iraqis boobs follow the Levantine / Mediterranean Middle Eastern profile: medium-to-large cup, full, moderate-to-high projection. Areolar diameter is usually 32-46mm, and the coloring is medium-brown to dark-brown areolar pigmentation against the olive-to-light-brown skin tone. Breast shape tracks body composition (mesomorph with fuller hip-and-bust deposition, mean adult female BMI 25-28), so Afro-Iraqis breasts tend to be full and soft, fuller projection than the North-African Berber norm. Expect a forward-set shape, not the smaller East Asian bust profile.
Afro-Iraqis Ass & Hips
Afro-Iraqis ass and hip morphology presents as medium-to-full, moderate projection, broader hip profile, distinctly different from the slim East Asian narrow-hip profile. The Afro-Iraqis pelvic profile shows medium-to-wide iliac crests, fuller gluteal-femoral deposition, anchored in the Levantine / Mediterranean Middle Eastern skeletal pattern. Afro-Iraqis butt shots in adult AI imagery should render the medium-to-full, moderate projection, broader hip profile silhouette with the overall build (mesomorph with fuller hip-and-bust deposition) and the fat distribution typical of the Levantine / Mediterranean Middle Eastern phenotype.
Afro-Iraqis Vagina & Pussy
Afro-Iraqis pussy anatomy typically shows medium-brown to dark-brown labial pigmentation, fuller labia minora. Pubic hair is usually wavy-to-coiled medium-coarse dark texture, dense distribution. In AI-generated Afro-Iraqis nudes, labial color should blend into the olive to medium-brown skin with a gradual transition, and the hair should keep its wavy-to-coiled medium-coarse dark texture.
Afro-Iraqis Dicks & Penis
Penis reference for Afro-Iraqis men: regional mean ~14cm erect, moderate-to-above-average girth. Coloring: medium-brown shaft pigmentation. An accurate Afro-Iraqis cock in AI imagery matches the surrounding olive to medium-brown skin rather than a generic porn default. Circumcision depends on religion and custom, not ancestry.
Afro-Iraqis Body, Curves & Build
The Afro-Iraqis figure is generally mesomorph with fuller hip-and-bust deposition, with mean adult female BMI 25-28, characteristic of Levantine / Mediterranean Middle Eastern ancestry. AI image tools tend to flatten regional body types into a few stock shapes; here the Afro-Iraqis build is kept as its own reference.
Afro-Iraqis Skin Tone & Hair Texture
Skin: olive to medium-brown (Fitzpatrick III-V). Hair: wavy-to-curly 2B-3B, predominantly dark-brown to black. Both are typical of Levantine / Mediterranean Middle Eastern ancestry. The most common mistake in AI nudes of Afro-Iraqis women is a body rendered lighter than the face.
