Description: A missionary arrangement in which the receiving partner drops the head and shoulders and lifts the hips, tilting the pelvis up toward the penetrating partner. The classical texts treat the tilt itself as the position rather than a modifier of another one, because it changes the angle of entry without changing anything else about the arrangement.

Variations: The lift can be held by the receiving partner's own abdominal work, propped on a wedge or folded pillow, or carried by the penetrating partner's hands under the hips. Raising the head instead of lowering it turns it into an ordinary missionary again.

On camera: Shot low and in profile, because the whole point is the pelvic tilt and a level camera flattens it. The raised hip line is what distinguishes the frame from a stock missionary.

AI design considerations: Two stacked figures with a pronounced upward pelvic rotation on the lower one. The spine should read as a shallow arc with the lowest point at the shoulders, not a flat horizontal.
