Description: Grinding replaces thrusting in this missionary refinement, usually abbreviated CAT. The penetrating partner rides high, shifting bodyweight up the receiving partner's torso until the pelvises stack in direct alignment, and motion becomes a small rocking oscillation instead of withdrawal and return.
