Common camera framing
Description: The receiving partner's hips are propped high on a cushion while the shoulders stay flat, opening a visible gap between the lower back and the surface, and the penetrating partner kneels into the raised angle. The gap is both the name and the entire mechanism.
Variations: Height of the prop sets the angle, and the legs can be flat, raised, or resting on the partner's shoulders without changing the underlying position.
On camera: The lift keeps the contact point clear of the surface, which is why it appears constantly in production under a dozen different names.
AI design considerations: A supine figure with a wedge under the sacrum and daylight under the lumbar spine. Rendering the gap is the whole job, since a body flat on the surface is a different position.
