Common camera framing
Description: The receiving partner lies back with the head and shoulders hanging over the edge of the bed while the penetrating partner kneels at the edge. The inversion of the head is the point: it changes blood pressure in the head and the sensation, and it is why the position has a name at all.
Variations: Head hanging free or supported by the partner's hand, shoulders on or off the edge, and the legs raised or wrapped.
