Description: Reciprocal oral stimulation with the partners aligned head-to-toe, each mouth at the other's genitals simultaneously. In the standard stacked form one partner lies supine while the other holds a prone-over placement above, knees beside the lower partner's head and face dropped to their pelvis. The interlocked silhouette resembles the numeral that names it, and both partners give and receive at once, dividing attention between the two roles.

Variations: One partner supine with the other above, or both partners side-lying; the arrangement carries across any composition: MF, FF, or MM. The upper partner's weight rests on knees and forearms to keep pressure off the partner beneath.
