Common camera framing
Description: The receiving partner's shoulders stay flat on the surface while the hips rotate onto one side, and the penetrating partner kneels into the twist. The torso is deliberately wrung: shoulders square to the ceiling, pelvis square to the wall.
Variations: Degree of the twist, and which side the hips fall to. Letting the shoulders follow the hips converts it into a plain side-lying position.
On camera: The wrung torso keeps the chest facing the lens while the hips present from the side, so it delivers two framings at once. That combination is why it survives in production.
AI design considerations: Deliberate counter-rotation between shoulder girdle and pelvis in the lower figure. Most renders align the two and lose the entire position.
