Common camera framing
Description: Oral contact taken to full depth, with the giving partner kneeling and the head angled so that mouth and throat line up on a single axis. The alignment is the technique: without it the depth is not available at any angle.
Variations: Kneeling with the head tipped back, or lying with the head over an edge, which achieves the same alignment with less neck work. Hands on the head or free.
On camera: Shot close and in profile so the throat line is visible, and it is the single most filmed oral variation in the medium.
AI design considerations: A kneeling figure with the cervical spine extended so the head, neck and torso form a continuous line. The extended neck is the identifying feature and a neutral head position depicts a different act.
