Cunnilingus (lying)

Description: The receiving partner reclines on the back, knees raised and thighs parted; the giving partner lies prone between them, face at the vulva and forearms braced under or around the thighs. This is the default cunnilingus arrangement, low-effort for both bodies because the mattress carries the weight.

Variations: The receiver's legs can lift over the giver's shoulders, a pillow under the hips tilts the pelvis toward the mouth, or the giver kneels at a bed edge with the receiver's hips at the rim.

On camera: Side profile takes in both bodies at once, overhead reads the open-thigh layout, and close-ups carry the act itself. Standard in both stills and video.

AI design considerations: A supine figure with a second figure prone between its legs, head at the pelvis. Head-to-pelvis registration is everything: the giver's skull must sit inside the triangle formed by the raised knees, and those legs occlude much of the giver's shoulders. Keep the giver's torso on the lower plane so the two silhouettes stay separable.
