Common camera framing
Description: The receiving partner lies on the back and the penetrating partner lies face down on top but reversed, head toward the receiving partner's feet. It is a stack with the top figure turned end for end, and the required rotation is what makes it a stunt rather than a staple.
Variations: Full reversal, or a partial turn with the upper body angled off to one side to relieve the joint.
