Description: Two pairs work alongside each other on the same surface, each in an ordinary two-person position, close enough that the four bodies compose as one image. It is the simplest four-person arrangement and the one that actually appears most, because nothing about it is harder than what each pair is already doing.

Variations: The pairs matched in the same position or deliberately different, oriented the same way or head to toe, and partners crossing between pairs mid-scene.

On camera: Overhead shows all four; profile shows two and implies the rest. Matching the pairs makes the frame graphic, varying them makes it read as a scene.

AI design considerations: Two independent two-figure stacks with a visible gap between them. Each pair should be posed separately, since copying one pair produces an obviously duplicated silhouette.

Image to video (Thrust (deep))

long-range reciprocating motion along the body axis, full amplitude, torso following the hips, camera is locked on a tripod and does not move.

Motion only. The still you condition on must already carry the position, wardrobe and scene: restating them causes drift.

Expected figure count: 4. Global pose conditioning does not make a diffusion model count bodies. Count figures and limbs at full size before judging quality, because thumbnails hide the failure. The tag orgy is broader than this position: orgy records multiple couples or distinct groups having sex alongside one another, which is this entry's structure, but it admits any number of couples and groups of any size in any position, so it does not fix the two pairs, the four bodies or the single shared surface. This entry leaves each pair's position open, so the support set pins only the record's default staging of one missionary pair beside a side-lying pair, and no arrangement tag restores the count.
